It won't even get that far. Longos will settle out of court because it'll be cheaper for the city than to pay lawyers.

 That's the problem with frivolous lawsuits. Most get paid off to leave it out of trial and those not deserving receive $$$$$$ and we the tax payer gets it stuck in our a**es.

Hey look.......just the other day I was so stressed I put a bagel in my mouth and threatened to actually eat it.  Seriously, as has been said before, from bums up to the Prez.....if you really want to kill someone you will. But try strangling one of these birds and see how many fingers you got left!!!! ;D Klotz........I am speechless about this. Guy doesn't know how lucky he is. His house was on fire I wouldn't waste my time urinating on it. Might even bring some gas and hotdogs along with my folding chair to watch the festivities!  |

they don't use a jury system in Herkimer county because they can't figure out where to put the damned jail. No jail, no place to put them if they are sentenced, so in Herkimer county the judge just orders them taken out behind the courthouse to be shot. Then they float the bodies down the mohawk when the water is high and it becomes a problem for the Albany area, and Herkimer county is home free, haha.
