 WTG JIM!!!!!!! ;D Got the message from my councilman, Jim Zecca. last night and was very happy to hear the idea he's been investigating for quite a few months was acted on by the rest of the common council. His findings are this nuisance vehicle has worked very well in other areas just by it's presence in problem neighborhoods. I am all for it and feel as Jim does it will definitely curb criminal activities and make the criminals move out. ;D Gonna take this opportunity to give Jim the accolades he deserves. In my 65 yrs and most in W.Utica, he is the only councilmen who actually gets things done for our sometimes forgotten area. In his few years as W.Utica's councilman he has done much more for this area then all the past councilmen put together. He is the best we here in W.Utica has ever had. Kudos to him.

It sounds like a great idea, but wouldn't it have been cheaper to just buy cardboard cutouts of you with a machine gun in your hand, and put them on the corner at night. NOBODY would dare come close enough to see that they were cutouts! ;D  |

Take some advice from myself, Wcup, and Todd. Buy a titanium cup for you supporter and hang on for a rough ride. She is very short, and a left hook often doesn't reach your chin! |
