I don't know how I missed this thread but wow. Thank you all for the encouragement and kind words. It means a lot right now. And, Ralph, for a big tough guy (lol), you sure have a way of making a grown man nearly cry. Thank you so much those those kind words, all of you. Some people serve for decades and don't receive this kind of support. So even in defeat, I feel extremely fortunate to have made so many good friends.

............. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.Do you think I don't pay attention? LOL!!!! Always remember that we come from different places and have had different adventures, but the path we have walked has been more similar than you think. I think had I gone where I had wanted the result would have been the same at the end of my term. People don't like change because in change there is power, and power means change is a coming! Apathy means quiet conformity. You were meant for greater things Larry, keep striving for them. I'll be here when you need me.

Thanks Ralph. You all may be getting your wish sooner than I thought. larrytanoury.wordpress.com/2009/12/05/whats-next/Things are devlopeing pretty fast. But I'm always up for a challenge. I'll need all the help I can get. So, basically, I'm here to recruit any volunteers possible. If I do this, I'm putting everything I have into it. I may end up in the hospital on election night due to exhaustion, but I'm feeling the fire burning again. Not to mention a few substantial financial commitments already that will help make it possible. Some will say I have zero chance abd that's exactly how I want it. Because when we win, they'll be staying here while I take regular, honest citizens with me to Albany. Anyone ready?

Hey Larry,
I can't legally vote for you, until the time comes that we get rid of the gerrymander we have had for the last 20 years and divide the county up logically.
I can kick in a few bucks & a few hours if that would help. As long as you don't mind a supporter who will regularly argue with you.
I would much prefer to be governed by a honest person with whom I disagree than with a scoundrel who happens to agree with me today.
