You don't. You avoid it by staying out of range, which means you don't get in the other guy's face. Watch monkeys, they're good at it, and good at avoiding it. Not so politicians, I guess.

Went to school with Ed and know him now. Maybe he got his chest-bumping from the old days when he was UFA's super star in basketball. I'm in shock! Doesn't sound like the Ed I knew then or know now who was always very passive, not a trouble maker or a violent man. If this IS true.........shame on you Ed.
