Well, if not the CHildren's Museum, then Union Station. The camera appears to be eye level with the roof of the insurance building, and I think the Children's Museum is one story higher than the train station. But if it's not the Museum, and it's not a flag pole, I'm guessing the train station.

How about the building on the South East corner of First and Main. Used to be Hurd Shoe Company, or perhaps Doyle Hardware.
