Across the street from the park with the rainbow on the corner..Genesse ST. or in the middle of Genessee st of the busy corner.

The angle and elevation tells me he is higher than street level. Possibly the former Marine Midland bank building ( I don't know what bank is called now) or the building that the mural is painted on, upper stories or roof.

The Bank of Utica is just to the right of the 2nd traffic light from the bottom Chris.

Okay how about 106 Hotel st roof or the building directly connecting to it on Genesee St. Its a white building . (at least looks it from birds eye view of Google). Probably one of those buildings around the UMaF venues that you just shot.
