Christian Girls, InterruptedRather incredible. A New Hampshire court is forcing a child back to public school so that she may get a more balanced view of belief systems!Home-Schooled Christian Ordered to Public School 9/14/2009 A New Hampshire court ordered a home-schooled Christian girl to begin attending the local public school, citing the rigidity of her religious beliefs as reason. And two state courts smack in the middle of it. One of these courts is in New Hampshire, where a judge recently ordered that home-schooled Amanda Kurowski be sent to public school. The order signed by Family Court Justice Lucinda V. Sandler says the 10-year-old's Christian faith could use some shaking up—and that the local public school is just the place to do it. In terms of being an apostate from Islam I have read and been told that those who convert from Islam into anyother faith are subject to death or if captured can be imprisoned until such time as the return to the one true faith( Islam ). I guess it is something like excommunication in the Catholic Church. I can understand where the Bray family is coming from especially when another religious group tries to interfer with a child who is a minor.
These new Christian Movements and Church communities are quite forceful in evangilizing others to put aside one's belief system and embrase what they believe to be the only true Church and expression of God. All of there evangilization is based on Ezekiel, Revelations( in terms of the rapture and the return of Jesus and His kingdom) and certain quotes from the Bible. A basic belief is that salvation is only through faith( which is wrong) because it negates the work that we do that is blessed by Christ.
