Charges against duck imitator dismissedObserver-Dispatch Posted Aug 21, 2009 @ 07:18 PM ROME — The case against an Oriskany man accused in April of approaching a young girl at the Rome Wal-Mart and imitating a duck have been dismissed, Rome city court officials said. Martin Tuzzolino, 55, approached the 9-year-old girl inside the store and “acted in an inappropriate manner,” the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office said at the time of his arrest. Investigators said Tuzzolino imitated Donald Duck, and that store employees reported seeing him approach other young children. He had faced a misdemeanor charge of acting in a manner injurious to a child. It could not be learned Friday why the charge was dismissed.### Uhh ... lemme guess. How about:
A. He didn't mean any harm and didn't expose himself. B. It's still not a crime to act like an a-hole in public. C. He satisfactorily demonstrated that quacking in public is an old Oriskany tradition. D. He has since begun dating one child's mother. E. His misdeed will be addressed by the federal copyright infringement suit brought by Walt Disney, Inc.
