We're at 14 members in a very short time.

considering there are only 20 something "regulars" on the OD forums I'd say we're doing pretty good.

To be fair, two of the accounts are clipper but 13's still not bad.

Jibaros would agree that that is a pretty lucky number. Right Kid?

He's a hell of a guy but not my freaking hero.........and I like to think that me rallying to his cause had a little something to do with this. As did your creating the forum, along with swimmy's constant prodding of the OD as well as his superior moderating skills.

Don't give los J the credit.....the guy just didn't check and old email account. That's far from heroic.

How bout we agree to just call him a martyr? Seems fitting.

We forgot Pepe Ed. He is my buddy and always has a humorous take on issues and is my most revered ally in the battle against Hillary. He is witty and fun! I will get him to register also.

As for LJ, Okay, we will settle for Martyr. We don't want his head to swell and for him to get overwhelmed with self importance, haha.

I don't think we have to worry about corner being on for any subversive reasons. Welcome corner! I hope that fran eventually signs in, even if it is just out of curiosity. I don't think that there is any negative reason for this forum to bother anyone personally. We all are frustrated with "moderator" at the OD forum, but I personally am not upset with Fran as a person, and hold no animosity for him. We simply have a new outlet for our discussing of opinion.

I just noticed that we are up to 16, which means 15 with my two accounts. I noticed that Golden has posted and registered. Welcome to the fun golden. Tell us a little about yourself. We are here to discuss issues of interest and value, as well as to just have fun and cut up with silly stuff. It is going to be a blast. All the "fun" people have registered, and while our opinions are diverse, I am sure we will continue to agree to disagree when the occasion arises where our view differ.

I came the forums on the OD page like a pitbull with a toothache. I was miserable and attacked everyone that did not fall into line with my ever intelligent and undisputed correctness. Hmmm. I found that this was not the way to win friends and influence people. I guess all of my friends on here have taught me to play nice (most of the time)Haha!

With all the anger that I brought to the forums in the past, I never thought I would be the one to attempt to keep us all together. I can remember a time when I thought some of my favorites now, were my favorite people to dislike. I am glad we have found a page of our own to go to and do our thing in peace.

We will find ways to make it better. I am going to email my friend Ralph and tell him where I have screwed up in setting up the page, and hope he can get it straight and improve it. In the meantime, it is what it is, and even that is better than what the other one is, haha.

I have some great HTML codes that would bring this thing right up there where it would be easier for everyone to navigate.
