at a bare minimum! I know there's free speech and all, but it has never allowed for a public official to slander and degrade a private citizen exercising HIS rights!

All I have to say is WOW! It's too bad that people outside of Utica can't help out. Although we don't live in the City we still travel there for things like the zoo, Saranac, work brings me to utica, the restaurants. hmmmm.....

Heck Lucy, I'm helping out and I actually reside outside of the city but I am interested in possibly bringing my business to the city but that won't happen in the current political climate . I realize that I can't sign but I can hold a clipboard and talk to folks. Utica is the County seat and no forward progress can be made with Utica in shambles.
I too, as do many others come to Utica for business and pleasure. In fact, my company is sponsoring the new Thomas Lindsey Youth baseball program in the inner city in conjunction with the city and county. In addition we've also signed on to sponsor the Kids Stage @ Hanna Park for the Utica Music and Arts Fest. I think that the contributions my company is making gives me a valid voice if not a vote.
