I just read the article on the UDN page, entitled "Jobless rate up, State's investment in Utica area down".
Is it simply my own paranoia and distrust, or is it becoming more and more apparent that Utica-Rome area's representation in Albany is totally inadequate and not actively pursuing what it rightfully available for infrastructure improvements, and other State assistance?
Are we being represented by a bunch of self serving political hacks? Do they have ANY purpose in mind, other than to fill their own pockets and fill their dance cards for further advancement in the political arena?

Thank you Frank. You have made it all perfectly clear, LOL. I knew you were " a man of few words", but those few words answered all of my questions quite adequately, haha.
