This is a mess and is all due to jealousy and greed. I would like to hear more about the jury's question about whether there was anyone else that filed a complaint. Everyone knows how this got started, and who started it. It isn't the first time either. They need to be exposed.

I'm not given to terroristic threats but if someone doesn't get it right, I may be forced to post a month's worth of Ole & Lena jokes.

Hell Clarence, if you spent enough time in Duluth, you may have enough finlander and norwiegan jokes to last a lifetime. Around Utica it was always Polack jokes a few years back. In Duluth if ya did something silly, you were told that you were a finlander. Ethnic jokes abound, no matter what part of the country you visit. Same jokes, different nationalities in the punch lines.

Ole is a very Christian man and I believe he is innocent. I knew of him rather closely during 2002-2003. His new center was wonderful.

I worked part time for a small outpatient clinic in the early part of this decade. They had to do all sorts of unnatural acts of accounting to get paid by Medicaid. Some stepped over the line. Usually a warning would be issued by the state. A few operators chose to argue. A 28 day rehab down this way took the issue to court. The case lasted a few years and they lost to the state, who turned around and smacked them with a $400,000 fine. But no one was charged with a criminal offense. I think that is unusual.
