What do you expect from a woman that thinks that Africa is a country? We can all thank God that she is back in Alaska expressing her own brand of stupidity, instead of being in Washington further proving how much of a moron that she really is. McCain should be tarred & feathered for bringing this half-wit into the spotlight.

What do we do in NY? The apple growers are always complaining about the deer. Apples are important crops in the Hudson Valley and western New York. I know they have increased the doe permits in recent years. But hunting seems to be really off. The 3 local clubs are filled with oldsters and not as many as in years before. I seldom see cars along the side of the road, like I did years ago on opening day. When hunting as a sport dies out, how will be control the populations of deer and other "pests."

Maybe tell the hunters to get smarter. ;D Know my niece got herself her share of deer this year. Got her picture right here in my living room with a beautiful eight pointer taken out of the Cold Brook area. She and her hubby got all that was allowed them according to their permits.
