Lucy, they sell tickets at the door. Should be no problem. It's not like the public comes out in force to support these guys in any way. I always get upset when the UPD and the UFD put on an event and the turn out is low. The variety of events are for the whole family and the ticket price is usually placed low so the whole family can attend, but people don't take advantage of the entertainment or just come to support these events to show our public servants that all appreciate them. Not to mention the money from these benefits all goes back to the public through charitable donations. If you do decide to come I'll give you my cell number and you can call me to get what area we're in and we can all sit together. That's if Frankie vows to behave himself. ;D

Bobbbiez, this is Frank. Have you ever seen me misbehave?
If Lucy's coming, I'll be sure to stuff my pockets with candy.

Don't be bashful. Give me a call when you get to the game and I'll direct you to the section we're in. Hope to see y'all there. ;D

I'm sorry Frank, I'm so tired I haven't slept the past few days. Wait a minute now is your time to take advantage of me. I have been grumpy all day I just really can't wait to go to bed.

I love it when a woman says that.
You missed a fun time, Lucy! The UPD opened up a can of whoop-ass on the State Police tonight -- I think the final score was 9-2. Bobbbiez and I both observed that at least one of the line judges and certainly the ref must have been beaten up by Matt Sullivan in recent years. They were letting the UPD get away with murder, assault and grand larceny tonight.
Bobbbiez has some great family and friends. They made me feel right at home. One of her grandsons even pulled my finger!
I hope you feel better, Lucy!

Really fun evening. Frankie, ya know what is really scary? You fit right in with my wacky family and friends. That is very scary! Thank you for joining us and hope to get together with ya more very soon at the lake. Just watch out, I might sic little Marco on ya when you come floating up on your barge. Ya better remember to bring the candy. More so, thank you for coming to the game and showing your support to our local law enforcers. Yea UPD. Glad that ya'll had a good time. What's with the candy Frank? Is that the "traveling menu" and ya save the roast pork and rufies for fireside settings? I thought I saw something a week or two back about roast pork and rufies.
I hope I can get up there this summer. I would love to come to your camp and meet RJ and cruise with Capt. Frank on the "Delta Queen", pride of Lake Delta.
Kathy was giving me hell just tonight for spending money that I have been putting aside for traveling around. My buddy from the bowling alley was just recently diagnosed with mouth cancer. He had a sore throat for a long time and didn't get checked out, and now he has a large inoperable cancerous tumor on the back of his tongue. He has lost 40 pounds in 3 weeks with the chemo and the fact that his mouth is too sore to eat, so today they put a feeding tube in his stomach. To make a long story short, he has three little boys that bowl on the youth league (8, 10 and 11yrs old). They all call me Uncle Dick. They have a youth tournament in Chattanooga in April, and they weren't going to be able to go, so I wrote a check for $300 for them to be able to take the bus trip. I don't think their Daddy is going to be around long, and they need to get away from all the turmoil and have some fun too. Hopefully he will be well enough to travel as a chaperone. I have always believed that when you do someone a good turn, the lord blesses ya back 10 times over. With my surgery next week, I need a few extra brownie points with that guy upstairs, right? LOL One of my greatest joys in life is putting a smile on young faces, especially when they are appreciative and good kids.
Well, it's that time again. Time for all us old farts on meds to go to bed before we fall into a coma on the keyboard, haha. The muscle relaxers kick my butt, LOL.

You're a good man, Clipper. That $300 will come back to you in ways you probably can't imagine.
I'm itching to drag the Delta Queen (her real name is The Stugotz) out of storage. But there's still a foot of ice on the lake right now and a six-foot snow drift where I will park it for a few weeks while I clean it out. But it won't be long!

I don't know what else to do!!!! All week long I have been sick with a stuffy nose, throat, and eyes. I took benadryl and that only helps me to go to sleep but then i'm up in the middle of the night thirsty! Ugh! I have been drinking a lot of tea, water, milk, and oj. I just want it to go away!
