 Frankie, you can give another "YAY!"  Two more sex offenders off the streets of Utica for not registering their addresses and they were the most severe, Level 3. Can't say the sex offenders unit at the UPD aren't doing their jobs to keep the streets of Utica safe from these predators. WTG guys!
