Obama Seeks to Cap Pay on Executives

I wonder what the Constitutionality of this event is? I'm not to sure about allowing our government to say how much private business men and women can make? What next--limiting the salary of all private employee's.

I guess if they cry to the government for a bail out, and they are being paid with taxpayer money, the govt. has a right to control the cap on executive salaries. Obviously the execs are not worth what they are paid, or the business would not be in the sad shape it is now.

I think if you get a piece of that bailout money then the Government should cap your salary. Its not right that people are losing their jobs while the CEO's are collecting these big bonuses with the bailout money.
