Of course there is, I remember when the town justice unveiled his plan to purchase the building across from his KoC and convert it into a new courthouse with two courts and its own ceremonial court without having to worry about the "idiot taxpayers voting it down like the bond issues in March."
My scenario is not too squirrelly to put past them. I would not be surprised in the least if any part of my scenario had some truth to it.
