Tomorrow will be the 20 year anniversary of the Pan Am 103 crash. 20 years! Hard to believe. My husband's cousin was a Syracuse University student that was killed that day. It is a day that we will never forget. We were waiting for her to come home for Christmas. I was flipping through the TV channels and I saw the news flash. At first we figured there had to be other Pan Am flights leaving that day and that it probably wasn't her flight. Then we heard it was and still thought maybe it was a small crash on the runway or something. Then we saw the pictures and knew she didn't survive. The saga continues for the people in Lockerbie as many people living there have lung cancer from breathing the smoke from the fire. Other health problems have occurred too because of the jet fuel in the ground that didn't get cleaned up. Please pause tomorrow and remember those killed in this awful act of terrorism.

I will do that. Thanks for the reminder, CG. What a terrible waste.

Countrygal, will also remember all in my prayers. Not something I forget since my girlfriend's cousin was also killed in that terrible tragedy. She also was a Syracuse student. You by any chance aren't related to them. The last name is Centolella. Geez, that's my girlfriend's married name. Forgot her maiden name but they live in Marcy. God Rest all their souls.

I read this a little late, but took the time to reflect back in time and say a silent prayer for all involved including family and friends who were affected with this tragedy.
