Winter storms, quicker tows in Utica

It is about time. someone thought of this.. I am sick of our streets not getting plowed b/c cars are on the road, or I couldnt back in my driveway due to cars being behind my driveway etc..

Bout damn time.

I am also sick and tired of having to back out of my driveway which is plowed very professionally and getting stuck in the road because of some idiot leaving his car there and the plows would end up having to go around leaving the road a mess.
