I remember one kid came into where I work one day with things through every part of his body you can have things through- chains- tattoos- etc. looking for a job. I just told him to come back later and talk to the boss. I just didn't want to deal with him.

It always amazes me to see how some people dress. At one firm, we had a girl 5 yrs younger than me come in for an interview. Even the guy interviewing her asked if she knew she was interviewing to be a secretary at a law firm and not interviewing to be a stripper.

If you notice the banner in the back ground it is not spelled in English. Just another immigrant that can't read or speak English and thought he got a good deal on a shirt. Chances are he got the job because none of them could read it. PRICELESS! ;D

I don't know about that. Romanians are usually pretty well educated. And humorous. See these hilarious videos, especially the top three: bebeluciu.blogspot.com/

Back in 1965 when I went to the Utica School Of Commerce, in order to graduate it was mandatory that every student complete a "Modeling Course". At first I laughed about having to take this at my age (I was only in my 20s), but they explained that this was necessary to teach many of the students how to dress for an interview and also personal hygiene.
They were getting feed back that the School was sending out highly skilled applicants, but when they showed up for an interview, they were not dressed appropriately which caused them not to be considered for employment.
Some of these baggy pants kids of today with their tattoes, piercings and etc. need to understand that it is Corporate America's standards that decide whether or not they get hired and are not "impressed" with their independant way of dressing.
