I would like to announce my local radio programs heard weekly on college radio, WHCL 88.7 FM from Hamilton College, Clinton, and WPNR, from Utica college in the center of Utica. I'm on WHCL Saturdays from 8 until 10PM, with Retro Radio, 50's & 60's oldies along with nostalgic radio commercials and radio fun. Sounds like a program from the 60's. I always do local community events and news. Then on Wednesdays my program airs on WPNR, 90.7 FM. Its similar to the old Music Of your Life format that WTLB dropped a year ago. Again, I do local news and community events. I wanted to let you know, if you like live, local radio. After spending years at commercial radio stations, I have settled down to volunteer work at the college radio stations. Its a lot of fun and its great to be heard again in the Mohawk Valley. WPNR used to play the Blister Tones all the time! I still have some interviews and commercials that we did for them. I guess the format has changed a bit.... aeh?
