These are challenging times. This budget, and ALL budgets in this begotten state should be at the VERY least frozen for the next 5 years, if not cut by 10% for the next 5 years.
My apologies in advance to the clueless kids-in-law who would be inconvienced by having to learn the same tough Facts of Life that everybody else has to consider. "No Free Soup For You!"
