I don't understand why anyone would want to tattoo their entire face or head. There is a guy I see once in a while here in Bristol that has his head shaved and there is not a spot on his entire head and face that isn't tattooed.

I stood behind a guy at Walmart one day waiting to cash up my groceries and this guy had his head shaved and his whole face was a tattoo of a skull. Sure was creepy looking.I wonder if he was married and what his wife looks like.

A lady I see once in a while getting on Mills Bus to Walmart New Hartford with her two unruly kids has her face tattooed with butterflies. About 11 of them. I counted.
