We are expecting similar above normal temps in coming days. All this coming week it will be in the 80's and 90's. Mornings and evenings are the only times that it will be fairly tolerable to work outside for any extended periods. I often work through that sort of heat but I end up spending as much time taking breaks and hydrating almost as much as I do working. I take a little cooler with me and set up the box fan in the overhead doorway. I can sit, drink, and relax with the breeze from the fan.
I always feel sorry for those that don't have AC available. They open cooling stations where people can find respite from the heat.
