Yes, that's fabulous. That area has been barren and underused since the museum was built in 1958, it is a joy and a blessing to see it come to life. We all need more green, open and welcoming urban spaces. There is also a small park on Genesee across the road that is used only for a yearly music festival, otherwise it too is underused and barren, not welcoming year round, because there are no benches. Perhaps the project could be expanded to include Kopernick Park at some time. |

It's wonderful that months away and was putting together a new design. Are you visit there often I am a lover of art and my visits it's constantly becoming more uncomfortable I've noticed that there's a lot of racism and that museum sometime I can stand and look at a portrait or anything and I can over here some of my Caucasian people are community say a lot of disrespectful things concerning African Americans. And I witness the African-American security guard I believe she hears this too but what is she to do and she needs a job that is really sad. I encourage two people of cornhill to take a trip to Washington DC and see the black historical museum it's wonderful.

Welcome roro217600. There are uncaring people almost everywhere you go and what they say is sometimes hurtful. Best thing to do is not pay any attention to them. Just enjoy what you're there for and let them say whatever they want. As far as people go, Caucasian or otherwise, there are far more good people than there are uncaring ones but they usually don't say anything because differences in race is not important to them. Just keep enjoying yourself.

Today's world is filled with intolerant people with little knowledge of or compassion for the racial background and culture of others. |
