so funny. Perhas the person lives in there car or van. Moving I imagine or they are going to carry something heavy on the top of the car and don't want to damage the paint or mabye it's for there grandmother to sleep on. Who knows. That reminds me of the 1950's and 60's and moving day in Cornhill.

Sven and Lars we hauling a load of trash to the dump. They had the trailer all loaded and put a tarp over the top to keep the load in place. They then discovered that they had misplaced their rope and could not tie down the tarp. Sven had a flash of inspiration. He pulled off the tarp and pulled a mattress they were throwing away out of the trash. He put the tarp back down on the load, put the mattress on top pf the mattress and stretched himself on top of the mattress. Sven started the pickup and off they went to the dump.

The route took them up Elm street where Ole and Leena were sitting on the porch having their morning coffee. As Sven and Lars drove by Leena exclaimed, "Oh look Ole, someone is throwing away a perfectly good Norwegian!"

That is a good one. I miss the Minnesota jokes about Norwegians and Fins. I worked with a fin that always had to tell a new Norwegian joke whenever you met him.
