Happy Easter to all. Not traveling anywhere today cause I'd have to walk. No family around anyway these days. We are in the midst of having a new roof installed. What a racket. The guys must love nailing. Started the adventure last week on Friday and want to be finished on Monday and if they do not well rain and snow all week long is forecast. Hope to put a small leg of lamb in the oven that I bought for $18.98 and it is not even a pound, LOL. I also want to roast one large cut up russet potato to make a greek lemon roasted potato.
