I just returned from the podiatrist where I received an injection of steroids into the arch of my foot to relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis. The pain was fairly severe to the point of making me walk with a limp.
Got the injection and the pain is gone or pretty much gone.
Where am I headed to shortly? TO GO BOWLING on my Tuesday senior league!
