Holy shit, let's hope that was in California only.
I dislike Jiffy Lube. I took my car there once for an oil change. They are supposed to specialize in oil changes! They told me they couldn't do the oil change because they couldn't get the oil pan off or something. I think I looked at them like they were nuts, walked to my car which was in the bay, got in and drove across the street to the Kia dealership (my car is a bug!) and they had the oil change done in about 5 minutes. And I know they did it...I was talking to the guys in the garage about what idiots the people at Jiffy Lube where and watched the oil being changed.

this was on 20 20 or one of those shows about 2 years ago wonderhow much money wasmade and how much is actual corporate policy

20/20 did that as well? The link that was provided was from NBC 4 in Los Angeles. It'd be interesting to see the 20/20 story.
