This seems odd for me also. Now every business that is on strike will want him to show support by walking rather than talking. I guess words are cheap.Hope it is not raining he might not be able to walk while holding an umbrella!

Hope it is not raining he might not be able to walk while holding an umbrella! LOL! I imagine that the secret service would provide an umbrella toting specialist to keep the old fart dry. I don't imagine that corporate America is going to be thrilled with his taking sides simply for the political purposes of garnering union votes. The loss of corporate donations may come back and bite him in the ass. Then there is the fact that not ALL of those pickets will be thrilled to walk the line with Biden. I am sure that there are a good many Republicans that belong to the UAW and think that Biden is a embarrassing joke as president, having an approval rating in the 30's and low 40's www.cnn.com/polling/approval-rating-polls. Trump's approval ratings in the polls are no better. They run from the high thirties to the mid forties. We are in trouble and when the 2024 elections come around we will be back to voting for what an individual considers the lesser of two evils. BOTH parties need to look at the polls and nominate a younger candidate with the necessary qualifications and a more unifying agenda. Bringing the country back together is of utmost importance if we are to survive as a nation. If either Biden OR Trump are elected we will see another term of stagnation and partisan vengeance rather than any productive advancement of any issues of concern to the average voting American citizen.

I don't thnk Biden is worried about rain or anything else as far as the strike is concerned considering he already has the support of the UAW. They sure as hell don't support Trump who never saw a Union that he didn't hate just like his his GOP mob does.
Trump refused when he was the fake POTUS to attend a ceremony at the tomb of the unknown soldier in Germany I believe, because it was raining heavily & he didn't want to get his makeup or the mop on his head wet. He sent John Kelly who referred to Trump as the most evil person he's ever known, in his place.

I wish there were age limits for every political office. There really is no one in the pile of actors who want the office of President. I am beginning to think the office should be run by artificial intelligence.

What does a President have to do with Union picket lines. I wouldn't want him there. He should be in DC doing his job.
