Another Hochul catch and release

If I am reading this correctly? This woman escaped apprehension at the time of the crime and was jailed in Albany on unrelated charges. She was turned over to detectives from New Hartford and brought back to New Hartford to face the grand larceny charge. She is charged with stealing over $8000 worth of merchandise and is allowed to walk away without day in OCJ and without posting a bail or bond. Ridiculous. No wonder crime is exploding in NY State.

"McQueen was released, and the matter was adjourned to a later date." Yup, I am sure she will wait by her phone, impatiently awaiting that call to return to New Hartford to face trial. Instead of having to post bail or bond, she just walked away. I bet she is in the wind and when they decide to try her case they will issue a warrant for her arrest for failure to appear and spend a wad of money tracking her down and arresting her again.

They tried to get bail reform passed last session but the effort failed because Hochul is an idiot. Just because someone holds a public office such as governor that doesn't mean that they have at least half a brain.

Hochul is in bed with the BLM folks and see's bail reform as discriminating against blacks since they are least likely to be able to afford bail. Ergo catch and release!!!!!


In other news I received a package today that was delivered buy Fedex and he comes to my door and knocks and when I opened it guess what a former student of mine and he always drove me nuts. He said he saw my name and though I wonder if this was a former teacher so he brought the package upstairs to find out. It was great to see him......
