The French Family Band migrated to Nashville 3 yrs ago from Tasmania and Australia. They recently made their debut at the Grand Old Opry. I love the awesome guitar playing by both Sonny and Stuie. Camille has a great voice. I came across them on Youtube several months ago and have been following them on there ever since.
They are playing tonight at the Crooked Road General Store which is a country music venue along US 58 outside of Bristol and only about 10 miles from June Carter Cash's childhood home, the Carter Family Fold which is another local music venue where there is live music every Friday and Saturday night, Tennessee Ernie Ford was born here in Bristol and his home is open to the public on Anderson St here in town. Bristol is touted as the birthplace of country music.
