I grew up with the regular Hellmann's Mayonnaise. It's part of my soul. It isn't broke so I'm not going to try and fix it. But if anyone is, or happens to become, vegan, this looks like a great 'dressing' (although it ain't real Mayonnaise).

I'm not vegan and this stuff tastes just like the real Hellmann's Mayo. Just amazing! I also buy an alternative honey that has no sugar and skips the bee's. It also tastes just like the real think!!!
