I have a question, and it may sound like a dumb one considering I'm a legislator, but, if nothing else, it will further show the lack of communication, arrogance, and further evidence the fact that I am not part of the political establishment. My question...Call me crazy but the Board of Legislators hasn't even approved the PILOT/TIF agreement yet, correct? And, if we haven't, how are they already spending money and approving other plans? Is it a foregone conclusion that the Board will approve this flawed deal? Do they simply discard dissenting views (such as mine)? I would think that even the proponents of this project (on the Board) would use their leverage over EDGE, the State, and other agencies/districts in order to make sure that the project is done right before approving it?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please.

He says he will run again so I just wondered when that would be.

More interesting is how the school is able to use school property taxes to finance 72% of the project and not have the State Comptroller auditing their budget and demanding a full accounting back to the taxpayers!
You want to see earle greed get really red?! Ask him how the town can categorically deny having any signed agreement, but the NYS Department of Transportation has one. He will call you an idiot. It's really quite entertaining.

Earl is up for re-election this November. Getting rid of him is a start! Then get rid of ms. krupa, who has no idea what a privileged and confidential letter is (I'll give you a hint NOT a letter read from during a public meeting!).
