My mom went to nursing school at St. E's but quit and went to the school of commerce instead. I wonder if the nursing school will still be open after the hospital is closed.

Yes nursing school will remain at St. E's campus and will still be in operation. Apparently the buildings will be torn down and new housing reflective of South Utica infrastructure will be happening. I think that is the best approach make it another housing neighborhood.
