Something about this story doesn't seem right. Why would Walmart tell a shopper to leave their walker outside the store while they shop. If they DID shame on them.
Double shame on the low life that would steal a handicapped person's walker. We read every day about thieving scumbags, but this thief has to be lower than whale dung on the bottom of the ocean. Unbelievable.
