The Balance Chef will be featured on the show tonight. Balanced Chef is opening a Utica location near Fitness Mill on Oriskany St. pretty soon.

I was happy to see that Brian overcame his ego and prideand submitted to help. At the end of the show it showed that since the show he has been successful. The new restaurant is very nice. We may visit when we are home in July. We always go to Rome to the place that makes turkey joints, and used to always eat at least once at Aquino's. We are staying at the LaQuinta in Verona and will be up and down Rt 365 and Rt 49 almost daily so it would not be out of the way.
His ego was not only about to cost him his business, it was costing him his marriage and time with his children. I would have liked to see at the end that he had been able to mend his marriage.

He said it had been surgically removed and came back, but said it was treatable. Keep him in your prayers. It is sad when a man that young is struck by such a disease.
