wcyb.com/news/nation-world/new-york-oks-human-composting-law-6th-state-in-us-to-do-so# I am not a scientist, but wouldn't composting a human body and using the compost in a garden carry a disease risk of one sort or another? To each their own I guess, but it certainly would not be something I would want done with my remains, all though a pumpkin patch might benefit from composting me. I am so full of it that a person could probably grow a pumpkin on top of my remains that would have to be lifted with a fork lift. LOL I just can't imagine wanting anyone I loved being allowed to rot down, mixed with wood chips or other organic waste and ultimately dumped in the veggie garden and tilled in with a rototiller.

Very interesting and the value of the research to the world of forensics is far reaching. Has to be a rather odiferous place to work on a hot July day.

I was thinking cremation but I do not like fire. Oh it burns and hurts!!! That strong alkaline method reminds me of draino! I kind of like this method. I am also on the positive of the body farm except after reviewing the in's and out's I just would not like hanging in a tree waiting for my legs and arms to fall of oh and my head!!!!!! BOUNCE now that hurt!!!!!
