Why all this wind. I woke up at 6:30 AM today and the tree's in my backyard were bending over sidewise from the wind. So I decided to not go out and treat myself to a day off. Perfect I went back to my mat fell asleep after some tossing and turning and woke up at 2PM. Good thing I have sleeping pills for tonight.........
