Sounds a bit gag worthy to me, but then again I am not a fan of Spam. The only time I eat Spam is if we take a can with us in the camper to be fried for breakfast and served alongside eggs and toast.

figgy pudding is made with beef suet. I made a very large Figgy Pudding when I was in the Monastery for Christmas. It was such a hit the superior asked me to do the same thing each Christmas season. I did it because I was working night shirt in our Infirmary and was able to go to the kitchen and prepare it and also to keep an eye on it while it steamed in this large steamer. So long story short I worked night shift the week before Christmas each year. I did enjoy working that shift. Always quiet except for an occasional death. Yes we did have some who were so disabled they were not able to get out of bed so occasionally they would have a urinary or fecal accident but I didn't care that was so easy to clean up.I miss that work and the Monastery. To bad the place closed down. Such great work!!!!!
