With the present crime situation in the city right now how long will the solar devices last before they are vandalized and/or the solar panels are shot out or otherwise destroyed?

Total bull**it. I guess the geniuses never heard of speed limit signs? And considering the condition of probably more then half of the streets in Utica, drivers have to drive BELOW the speed limit if they don't want to destroy their vehicle. What a joke.

They have those devices around CABVI in Utica. Been there for a few years. The stop signs are solar powered and have flashing red lights so people will actually stop. Many on Bleecker St just drive through those signs.
