It sounds and looks delicious but it seems like it takes a lot of work and time to prepare when compared to a standard Bolognese. I showed the recipe to Kathy and she said that it was more complicated and more labor intensive than she cared to take on so I guess I won't have the pleasure of trying the dish.  |
