I have to laugh at how government officials are handling the actual humans involved in mass shipping of migrants from the South to NYC. I do agree with the Texas Gov that other States should all share in these humans that descend on the USA for opportunity. NYC is in crisis now according to the Mayor with over 61,000 people in shelters at a cost of a billion or more. Now many are being placed in hotels in NYC paid for by taxpayers plus now he NYC wants to also place migrants on luxury cruise ships!!!!! Don't ya just love it. I agree but who pays the bill for the shipping. May be a better idea to just sink the ship at sea!

We should let the migrants who want to actually work for a living stay here & send Abbott & DeSantis to Mexico. They both breathe air others can use.

I agree that there are processes for handling people seeking asylum or just wanting to immigrate. I don't think any of them call for people to be put on busses and dumped on the streets of El Paso with an appearance ticket to show up at an immigration court 100s or 1000s of miles away. What they did was a publicity stunt, yes. But why does it take flying a dozen people to Martha's Vinyard to bring attention to the thousands per day being dumped by the border patrol?

One has to feel compassion for those people, but at some point there needs to be some sort of control in place, choking off the human tsunami that is washing over the southern border. The numbers are overwhelmingly impossible for our country to effectively absorb and integrate on a sustained basis. If SOMETHING isn't done to slow the flow, in a few years we will catch up to the population of China, who at present has over a billion more people than the US.

Yes something has to be done to correct this huge mess. I always wondered if the rule to enter the USA as an immigrant was that the person entering has to have a sponsor to support them as they attempt to start all over again.
