Hahaha! I HAVE plans for a cannon, fabricated from PVC sewer pipe, 4x4s, 2x4s and spoked wheels purchased from a nursery and landscaping company. I have seen the wheels at a local greenhouse and nursery for something like $60 apiece. More than I really want to spend on a lawn ornament, and I certainly do not want to build a cannon that would fire a projectile or use a powder charge. Not in todays world. The first time I fired it I would probably have Homeland Security, ATF, and every terrorism watch group in the country on my step, lol.

Looks like the Cannon outside of the Oneida County Historical Society building located on front side lawn to left of building. Stately BOOM! Good luck

www.pinterest.com.au/pin/438186238717658288/There are several websites where you can buy Amish made spoked wheels as well as other wheels made for lawn decor. If I were to order some I would probably go with the one's linked below. unclewiener.com/product/new-24-32-36-48-in-decorative-wood-garden-wheel-garden-decor/Cheaper than the $60 wheels at our local garden center but still more than I want to spend on something to put on the front lawn. In todays screwed up world some lowlife would probably steal the damn thing anyway. Last year I made a wooden wheelbarrow planter about 3 feet long and filled it with annuals. It wasn't out for a week yet when I got up one morning to find it gone. Scumbags will steal just about anything. Our paper had an article a few months ago about a marine vet in Johnson City who had a 16' flag pole stolen during the night. The man was 80 yrs old and started and ended his days raising and lowering the flag.
