I bought some hot link sausages from Walmart and Kathy cooked them up for me tonight. I like spicy and WOW, are they spicy. I ate two of them on rolls with sweet pickle relish and the sweat was beading up on my forehead. They are much like a hot dog but I am sure that Cayenne pepper is part of the recipe because the heat gets your attention with the first bite.
If you are a fan of "spicy hot" you would like these. I liked them but take heed, they ARE pretty hot.
