I have gone on a local website on facebook and expressed how pleased we were with both the product and the professional installation since we had the seamless gutters and leaf guards installed. Brandon, the owner of the roofing and gutter company called me a little while ago and wanted to know if I would do a video for his tv commercial. He is a young guy who has only been in business for a couple of years but has 20 yrs experience in roofing and gutter installation. Very personable young man. He is probably 40 yrs old max. His business is booming and growing in leaps and bounds. He just bought a third seamless gutter machine because his crews couldn't keep up with the orders with the two gutter crews he has working. That gives him three 60 or 70 thousand dollar diesel trucks to pull $35K cargo trailers containing $35K seamless gutter machine, ladders and tools. He also has roofing crews working with late model trucks and trailers with all the associated ladders and tools. A very ambitious young man with a great reputation.

The videographer just called me. Next Tuesday afternoon unless it is raining. I am heading out to buy a Delta 10 inch compound miter saw. Less than a year old. The one I have is a radial arm style Craftsman and that was probably made back when moby dick was a minnow. I can't resist the bargain at the price they are asking. My old saw will probably bring me $50 on market place. Still in the market for a good used jointer. Even used a good one usually goes for a hundred and a half or two hundred. When if find a jointer that will be the end of buying toys for the shop for a while. She said she will buy me a new jointer for Christmas if I haven't bought one by then, but why let her spend the $400+ if I can get a good used one in the meantime.

Good luck with the video. We need new gutters here but I haven't looked into the cost & it may have to wait for spring anyway. I just plunked down $350 for two new truck tires & now it needs rear brakes, another $350. I hate brake jobs or I'd do them myself so I'll just bring it to my guy. It's been a costly spring/summer after I also plunked down $1000 for the new fence out back.
