Heard a rumor that DHS was moving people to Westmoreland

There was a video on FB last night of what is supposedly 3 white DHS vans moving migrants into the hotel next to the Westmoreland Thruway interchange. The guy that was taking the video drove in and around the parking lot, saw three white vans with govt. plates and said there were Hispanic people sitting in front of the rooms and in some sort of rec room near the office.

Has anyone heard that rumor? Is it a rumor or is it a fact?

Yup it is true. People have been talking about this ever since Texas and a few more border States are shiping migrants to New York City which is causing a huge mess so it was decided that more Cities should share the wealth. I sort of agree with this poor thinks are being shuffled around like garbage.

Those people have to be settled SOMEWHERE, but are they being vetted medically, background checked, and hooked up with the proper agencies to properly settle them? Some of the large cities are seeing the refugees simply being dropped off and left to pretty much fend for themselves.

We have seen similar things here and thank goodness we have a fairly large Hispanic community and plenty of churches that have come to their aid. A lady we know told Kathy that a similar group was relocated to a motel in Bristol Va. and that her church and other local churches were feeding them and the local Hispanic folks were helping them get signed up for social programs to find housing and to feed themselves.

I don't know the answer other than that something needs to be done to gain some level of control over the flow at the border.

Sounds like someone needs a job & if true it's not migrants who may be here to work on farms. Nobody else wants to do it.

That is the problem with some of these so called Churches. They are actually enabling the situation. That is going on here in Utica every single day at that so called Church at Oneida Square. There are some serious drug users living there or aloud to live there I have even seen the hanging there cloth's up to dry outside on that inner porch facing the roundabout. One day I went walking around there and what is going on really should be stopped. They enable the drug use of those people just be thinking they are offering a place to stay and be clean. I have been seeing a lot more people that look more like Mexican or from South Americans. They have a different body image that say the Puerto Ricans of Guatemalans. This needs to stop. The illegal entry to the USA. Simply trying to catch them is not working so do what there job should be a shoot to kill the idiots. These no good rotten damn scumbags. We do not need them here,
