I bet employees are eagerly awaiting the day that the robot can be trained to wipe butts and empty urinary catheter bags.

That robot is quite amusing to watch. It saves servers a lot of footsteps and trips back and forth to the kitchen.

I guess Preswick Glen is a cut above most senior living facilities. Not too many such places serve prime rib with a baked potato.

I liked that story as well. I wonder how dementia patients would act around such a thing. We becoming more and more like The Jetsons. LOL

It delivers the trays to a certain table or area, programmed by someone in the kitchen. Must be some pretty cool software that makes that work. I wonder if someone snuck into the dining area and moved the tables around what the robot would do. There is probably some sort of sensor on each table. It would probably confuse the human servers more than it would impede the robot from performing accurately.

Maybe the sensors have been implanted in the residents. Special surgery before admittance in nursing homes.
