I shook my head in disbelief when I read the article. Was the guy on drugs? Purposely wanting to be arrested so he would have a warm place to sleep and a free breakfast? I would love to hear what motivated him to do the nasty deed. My sympathy goes out to the janitor that had to clean the mess.

A Utica man is facing charges for allegedly selling imitation cocaine.

Utica Police arrested 28-year old Alen Pajazetovic after responding to a complaint of drug sales in the Oneida Square area.

Pajazetovic was charged with sale of an imitation controlled substance.

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges after police say he allegedly struck his father in the face.

Officials with the Utica Police Department say they were called to a home on the 1600 block of Kemble Street for a domestic dispute.

When they arrived they met with a man who said his son, 25 year-old Alen Pajazetovic, was breaking things inside.

Pajazetovic had gotten into an argument with members of his family. When his father attempted to calm him down, he struck him with a ceramic pot, causing a cut.

He is charged with one felony count of Assault and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.

That is putting it mildly.

I would never make it as a cop in today's world. When he crapped on the floor I would have rubbed his face in it. I am sure that the ACLU would find that action objectionable.
