Is it just me or does it seem like these guys are always on strike. I am not familiar with their contract, but have talked to guys that work there and they seem to be very happy with the new employer. So is the Union Officials giving false hope again.
The last time they asked for more money the Company was going to pack up and move out of NY. Seems like there threading on very thin ice. Nothing good ever comes out of a strike, one of the reasons why high essential jobs have a "No Strike" clause in there contract.
I am glad it is settled and it didn't backfire with the loss of some or all jobs with a move out of state.
